“ORCA” Custom Nylon Holsters and Accessories Limited Lifetime Warranty Information.
All “ORCA” Custom products manufactured by MAGNUM SOFTWEAR are covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty unless otherwise specified. For additional warranty information please contact MAGNUM SOFTWEAR at (360) 748-4557.
MAGNUM SOFTWEAR warrants that the enclosed “ORCA” Custom product and related “ORCA” Custom accessories, (individually a “Product” and collectively the “Products”), will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of the limited life of the product from the date of invoice. If any product proves to be defective within such warranty period, the customer must return the defective product to MAGNUM SOFTWEAR for service, however, it is recommended that the customer first call MAGNUM SOFTWEAR to attempt to determine the nature of the problem. MAGNUM SOFTWEAR, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or adjust the defective product, provided that MAGNUM SOFTWEARS investigation and factory inspection discloses that (a) such defect developed under normal and proper use and (b) the Product is covered under this warranty. Repair, replacement or adjustment of the defective product shall be MAGNUM SOFTWEAR’S sole obligation and the customer’s sole remedy hereunder. The customer is liable and shall pay for shipment of the products to MAGNUM SOFTWEAR. MAGNUM SOFTWEAR shall not be obligated to perform maintenance, or preventive maintenance. MAGNUM SOFTWEAR reserves the right to (I) use, reconditioned, refurbished, and/or serviceable used parts (tested to MAGNUM SOFTWEAR quality standards) for warranty repairs and (ii) make any design and/or feature changes on or to its products without any liability to incorporate such changes on or to the Products.
EXCLUDED from this warranty and not warranted by MAGNUM SOFTWEAR in any fashion, either expressed, implied, or by statute, are:
(a) products not manufactured by MAGNUM SOFTWEAR and/or not bearing the “ORCA” brand label (the warranty coverage for products of other manufacturers, which may be distributed by MAGNUM SOFTWEAR, is the responsibility of the manufacturers of such products in accordance with the terms and duration of such manufacturer’s warranties): (b) Any product which has been dissembled, repaired, tampered with, altered, changed, or modified by persons other than MAGNUM SOFTWEAR’S own authorized service personnel unless repair by others is made with the written consent of MAGNUM SOFTWEAR. (c) Defects or damage to the products resulting from wear, tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, impact, liquids, sand, non-performance of operator maintenance or use of non-approved accessories, or supplies. (d) Other chemical contact (including but not limited to acid, batteries, gas, kerosene, break cleaner and acetone)
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FOR THE ABOVE, MAGNUM SOFTWEAR MAKES NO AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR CONCERNING ANY PATENTS OR MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUE INCLUDED THERIN. IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLY AS A MATTER OF LAW, THEY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL GUARANTIES, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETER ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, LAW, AND COMMERCIAL USAGE OR OTHERWISE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. SOME STATES MAY NOT RECOGNIZE A DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND/OR ;LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY. THE CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE DIFFERENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND REMIDIES THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT MAGNUM SOFTWEAR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY INCUR FROM DELAYED SHIPMENT, PRODUCT FAILURE, PRODUCT DESIGN, SELECTION, OR PRODUCTION OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE, WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGNUM SOFTWEAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INJURY OF ANY KIND TO USER, LOSS OF LIMB, LOSS OF LIFE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE), WHETHER OR NOT MAGNUM SOFTWEAR SHALL BE OR SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
Representations and warranties made by any person, including dealers and representatives of MAGNUM SOFTWEAR, which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of this warranty, shall not be binding upon MAGNUM SOFTWEAR unless reduced to writing and approved by an expressly authorized officer at MAGNUM SOFTWEAR.
This warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of warranty that MAGNUM SOFTWEAR agrees to provide with respect to the products and it shall supersede all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, proposals, and communications pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
This warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your product to be serviced. What to do when service is needed. Please contact MAGNUM SOFTWEAR first at (360) 748-4557 to determine the nature of the problem. If customer service determines service for your product is required, you will be asked to return it for service. In the event your product needs to be serviced package it in a rigid cardboard container and ship it postage prepaid and insured to :

The cost of all repairs not covered under the warranty will be the responsibility of the owner including the cost of shipping to send AND receive the product. Please include a minimum of $7.00 to cover shipping (See shipping chart for more information) Cost of repairs will be based of Time plus materials for the repair. Shop time is $35.00 per hour and billed in ½ hour increments. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your product to be serviced.
