Box 1065 Centralia, WA. 98531, and E-mail sales@orcacustom.com. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks on most orders, large orders may increase delivery time. In event your order is back ordered we will notify you of anticipated delivery dates. All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS unless specified by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at about 5% of the order total, minimum $8.00 US. Urgent deliveries, insurance, special handling requirements etc. may result in an increased delivery charge.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. BACK ORDERS We endeavor to have a sufficient supply of all our major stock items; however due to unexpected demand or late deliveries, this is not always possible. Back orders will be made at the discretion of MAGNUM SOFTWEAR/ORCA Custom Products unless otherwise stated. RETURNS Magnum Softwear/ORCA Custom products guarantees every sale we make and any incorrect shipment will be credited in full when returned within the following guidelines. 1) All claims for returned goods must be made within 15 days of shipment. No returns are accepted after 30 days. 2) All returns require authorization and by our sales staff. The original invoice number is needed for authorization. 3) Credits and/or exchanges will not be given prior to the merchandise being returned and examined. 4) All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited. 5) No credit or returns will be given on custom and made to order items. 6) A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. SPECIAL ORDERS Custom items must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Items modified at the customer’ s request are considered custom.
